Returns or Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are allowed for face mask, handbags, or jewelry products, including bracelets, rings, waist beads, etc. All sales and purchases are final.
Exchanges ONLY are allowed for apparel. Items must remain unworn and unwashed. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee when returning the item to Val's Custom Collections LLC for exchanges. We strongly recommend shipping insurance when returning items for exchanges.
